Food & Drink Festival 201023rd to 26th September 2010
This year’s Nottingham Food and Drink Festival kicks off on Thursday 23rd September with popular Italian chef and I’m a Celebrity winner Gino D’Acampo, and comes to a close on Sunday 26th September with family favourite Ainsley Harriott, both appearing in the Celebrity Chef’s Theatre in Old Market Square.
We also have demonstrations from Great British Menu representatives Atul Kocchar and local talent Sat Bains, as well as Caribbean chef and big personality Momma Cherrie.
The Festival has plenty to offer aside from the Celebrity Chefs; there is a regional food and drink market, events in venues across the city as well as a whole host of special food and drink offers. The program is ever-expanding, so don't forget to keep checking this website as we get closer to the Festival opening.
New for 2010, the city centre eateries, who organise the event in order to showcase the fabulous range of food and drink available in Nottingham, have also laid on a free hospitality area in Old Market Square where you can come along and enjoy free food samples and tasters.
