Improve marketing & promotion

The aim of increased marketing and promotion will be to:

  • Build brand awareness of the Nottingham retail offering
  • Grow capacity
  • Increase customer loyalty.

This will be achieved by a series of activities which will include:

  • Seasonal campaigns
  • Seasonal campaigns
  • Customer incentives
  • Marketing collateral
  • A dynamic website.

All these activities are designed to increase spend and dwell time in Nottingham city centre as well as increase customer satisfaction.
